What is it?

Switch MCT Oil is a medium chain triglyceride found in coconut oil.

What does it do?

Switch MCT oil is made from goMCT which is a pure high quality organic C8 (Caprylic) and C10 (Capric) MCT Oil spray dried onto Acacia Fibre (pre-biotic fibre).

This process provides a high quality shelf stable MCT oil and gut friendly pre-biotic fibre.

MCT's are digested more easily than longer chain fats and are converted into ketones efficiently in the liver.

Ketones pass through the blood brain barrier and can be used for energy.

Supplementation of 2.5-5g of MCT Oil Powder daily is a great source of energy for athletes in sport.

When do I take it?

Switch MCT oil is consumed once or twice daily as required.  Mix 1 scoop (2.5g) in 250-350ml of water or add to your protein, coffee or keto drink.
