What are the ATP Science 4 Pillars of Health?
ATP Science’s 4 Pillars are the core essential health products that ATP Science’s head formulator and founder Matt Legge recommends for ongoing daily use. While the rest of the ATP Science range is recommended on a person to person basis and depending on which season of life you are in. The Pillars are what Matt and the ATP team consider to be “essential staples” to be taken year round and by most everybody!
So far ATP Science have released 3 of the 4 Pillars, all of which are included in this stack! Below is a quick breakdown of the purpose of each product.

“Essential Fatty Acids” are classified as essential because they must be consumed in the diet as we can not make them in our own bodies or convert them from other oils.
