Transcend Complete BCAA 19

What is it?

Transcend supplements Complete BCAA 19 pharmaceutical grade amino, vitamin and mineral formula including branched chained amino acids (bcaa’s) leucine, isoleucine, valine which are suggested to be responsible for producing 33% of muscle protein. During high intensity exercise BCAA’s are lost from muscle tissue, which can promote atrophy in the tissue. BCAA X has included citrulline malate, agmatine sulphate and l-taurine to support nitric oxide levels, blood flow and glucose absorption. This product can be consumed during, immediately after or prior to exercise. 
When do I take it?
Mix 1 scoop with cold water, and sip during your workout or just during the day as hydration.
