Blackstone Labs BCAA Resurgence also has two flavours with additional CAFFEINE to energise your workouts! The two formulas include the origional 5g of BCAA's but laso include an additional 450mg of an Energy & Focus Blend for those pushing harder in the gym.

When do I take it?

Blackstone Labs BCAA Resurgence is to be taken depending on your specific goals. 

For an Amino Acid Boost mix 1 serving (7 gram scoop) in the morning or between meals for a healthy boost.

For Pre-Workout Energy mix 1-2 servings 20-30 minutes before training.

For Post-Workout Recovery mix 1-2 servings immediately after training.
